Compliance Verified

1. Pre-Payment Responsibility

It is the importer's responsibility to ensure all product details, import regulations, and shipping requirements are clearly understood and confirmed prior to making any payment. We strongly recommend that the importer verifies all necessary import permissions and documentation required in their country.

2. No Refund After Dispatch

As per company policy, no refunds shall be issued under the following conditions:

  • Once the payment has been received from the importer.
  • Once the goods have been dispatched from our facility to the designated international destination.
  • The sale is considered final and non-refundable at the point of dispatch.

3. No Refund Due to Customs or Transit Issues

The company shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, or damage occurring after the shipment has cleared Indian borders or Indian customs.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Consignment being stuck, delayed, or confiscated by customs in the importer's country.
  • Goods being damaged or lost in international transit.
  • Any rejection or refusal by foreign authorities due to regulatory or documentation issues.

As an exporter, we do not have control over the shipment beyond Indian borders and therefore cannot offer refunds under such circumstances.

4. Force Majeure

  • No refund will be issued in the event of delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, political instability, strikes, war, or any other events beyond the control of the exporter.
